Vintage Mid School BMX Mini Stem Gooseneck 21.1mm D.K. Style NOS
This is a vintage mini BMX stem / gooseneck that was found in an old bicycle shop. It is new old stock (NOS) and has never been mounted or used.
The stem is stamped "21.1" and "97", which may indicate a 1997 production date. It features a unique square-style design and is designed for 21.1mm (7/8") BMX handlebars.
There are no manufacturer markings on the stem. It is being sold as an unbranded vintage mini BMX stem. Similar styles were sold during the mid-school BMX era.
Approximate measurements:
- Overall length: approximately 4-7/8 inches
- Handlebar clamp: 21.1mm (7/8")
This stem is new old stock, but because it has been in storage for many years, it does have minor shelf wear, light scratches, and a few small nicks/dings from storage. It has never been installed.
I have more than one available and will sell them one at a time. The photos are of one example. The buyer will receive one stem in similar new old stock condition with possible minor cosmetic storage wear.
Please note: Most of these stems have one or more small nicks or dings on the corners from long-term storage, similar to the examples shown in the last two photos. These are cosmetic only and do not affect the function of the stem.
